Acrylic wash and pen on watercolor paper.

I've been reading Jean Auel's Earth Children series (most known being Clan of the Cave Bear) and the iceage cavemen worship the Mother Earth, whom I believe they refer to as 'Mut' in some of the areas that the two travelers visit.

There'll probably be a few more, I've got a few images stuck in my head from reading her books, espcially of their goddess & nature.

I LOVED Clan of the Cave Bear but I didn't think their Mother Earth looked like that but then I don't have your imagination either. Like the colors too.
