I have sketches of a doll I am making that is very similar. I see this female as an Archetype of Darkness. She is very beautiful.
When my doll is complete - would you like to see?

Lovely, looks a little egyptian with the mask and hair putting me in mind of Anubis, the dog headed god. I love the clothing, especially the white part she is holding up. The trim is amazing.

This painting is beautiful really. I dont quite understand whats happened to her waist, it looks as if she was made of stone. Anyways whoever painted his paint has a marvelous talent.

Very cool. On top of what the others said, I like the black veins or cracks across the belly... creepy.
I'd like to use that as cover art for a noncommercial magazine of ProjectMyra, will contact you via LJ, from where I found your site.

diluted acrylic, looks like watercolor. an image of a goddess that also dilutes the boundaries of reality into the surreal..as her artwork, so seems to be the truth..all that seems real takes us to the fantasy world ..which is not fantasy in truth..it's beautiful.i really love the goddess of the first star as well. i love the colors in this painting they seem to hug the character. and her dress looks glassy and ice-related.i love the fact that u use analogous colors ...barely three, to create that specific sensation u want to portray into the painting for the eyes to see and get that specific vibe u want them too..it's beautiful.
