RULES
1. Do not put up the code unless you are accepted.

2. No red X's or broken pages. No "u r kewl" crap.

3. If I don't like your art/writing/etc, I probably will not add you.

4. No scribbles or half-assed stuff. You have to be serious& proud about your work.

5. Keep the code up in a VISIBLE place. I do random checks and will email you if it's missing, then give you a week before your site is deleted from the clique.

6. I do not like anime. & 'Blends' are NOT art. (for that matter, neither are those dollz and blinkies.)

7. Work MUST be your own. If I see some manipulations, all the photos/art/what ever must be your OWN. Don't steal other people's work. Stock photography usually has to be bought and is not considered free art to use.

8. Design must be okay. Can be in what ever language you want, not just english. I believe there's a few that are in french listed already.

9. If you do not tell me what your site is about, I will delete your submission.

10. If in doubt, look at the other sites in the members section before submitting.

11. If I have to REALLY dig around to find your code after you've been added, you're going to get deleted. If you do not want people seeing that you've joined webrings/cliques/exchanges/etc by hiding them under 15 minutes worth of hunting, don't bother signing up for them.

12. If you haven't updated in over a year you're probably going to get nixed unless if I really, REALLY like your work. :)
